We want to ensure that you have a positive shopping experience. Our refund/return policy outlines the guidelines for requesting refunds and returning items purchased through our website.
If you change your mind BEFORE we approve your order:

Send an email to marketday@unique2u.click to cancel your order. As your order has not yet been approved, there has been no payment. | Unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund if you change your mind after placing an order, once it is confirmed and paid for. As each item is custom-made, we are unable to restock or resell personalised products. |
On the day of pickup, if your item is damaged or faulty, we will gladly offer a full refund or a replacement.
Please note that general wear and tear from regular use does not qualify as a fault. Refunds or replacements are only available for items that arrive with defects or damage.
Refunds for spelling errors only apply to mistakes made on our part during the manufacturing process, not errors made during the ordering process.
